For 10 years, LAUNCH has helped students discover their potential, build confidence, and become leaders who make a difference.
The 10th Annual LAUNCH Youth Leadership Conference is a high-energy day filled with powerful speakers, real stories, practical leadership skills, connection, inspiration, and fun.
Students will leave with greater confidence, stronger communication skills, resilience, leadership tools, new connections, and the courage to take meaningful action.

10 Years of Real Impact
LAUNCH alumni have earned full-ride scholarships—including to Stanford—written books, improved their grades, stepped into leadership roles, and created positive change in their schools and communities.
Give your students a day that could change the way they see themselves—and what’s possible for their future.
